Certainly! We can take a typed recipe or special message and put it in a readable but stylish font and engrave it for you. You'll always receive a proof to approve prior to production.

Due to the nature of laser engraving, we can't engrave colors on our natural wood products. Our cotton tea towels can be printed in colors, though. Pair one with your favorite board to add a personal touch to your home or make a perfect gift!

You will receive your proof via email within 2 business days of your order. Your order will ship within 4-5 business days of your approval. Help us get your customized piece to you as quickly as possible by promptly responding to our designers when you receive your proof.

During the holidays, we will monitor our workload and notify you of any delays. However, we will strive to ship it within 4-5 business days upon the approval of your proof.

Please note that many carriers are currently experiencing delays that are outside of our hands, so be sure to order your gift as soon as possible to ensure it arrives on time.

Our products may not be returned or refunded once they have been engraved or personalized. Customers have the option to request a proof prior to production. If no proof is requested, we will engrave the material that is provided exactly as is. If a proof is requested and we don't receive your approval within one week of sending the proof, your product will be made as is.

However, if we mistakenly personalize an item differently than what was provided (and approved if a proof was requested), we will re-engrave on a new product of the same item (or similar, if the original is no longer available) at our expense. Any errors of ours must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt of the completed order.
